We are seeking energetic and team-oriented trainee / apprentice residential appraiser who is ready to hit the ground running. Trainee / Apprentice will get the opportunity to work with an experienced appraiser with 20+ years in the business. This is a full-time position but must be willing to do administrative and office tasks while not actively appraising with supervisor. Ideal candidates are team-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently to identify the appraisal problem and develop credible and viable results for our clients while managing competing deadlines.
Requirements:
• Valid & active trainee license in South Carolina
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
